Changelog
Below are the recent changes that affect merchants and their storefronts. Highlights explain how each release benefits you.
v0.3 — July 2026
The biggest release so far: a rebuilt admin, a real billing screen, and a security pass.
- A rebuilt admin — Home now opens on what matters: how many customers are waiting, how many alerts went out, and the revenue recovered. A three-step setup checklist tracks your progress so you always know what's left to do.
- Redesigned widget editor — Customize the widget with a preview that stays beside you as you scroll, proper color pickers and pixel steppers. Reset to defaults any time if you go too far.
- Plan & billing screen — See your plan, change it, and download past invoices without leaving the app.
- Clearer notifications view — Filter sent alerts by status in one click, with a summary of the impact at the top.
- The whole admin is now in English — Consistent wording across every screen.
- Security hardening — Storefront signups are now verified as coming through Shopify, rate limits are applied per store rather than per visitor, and signature checks now fail closed. Your subscriber data is better isolated from other stores than before.
- Billing reliability — Premium access is now released correctly if a Shopify payment fails, so nobody is charged for access they've lost.
- Fixes — Billing dates display correctly, product names with accents and special characters render properly throughout the admin, and the widget button label is no longer vulnerable to malformed input.
v0.2 — March 2026
- Customize your widget visually — New widget settings let you change title, description, icon, colors, input and button styles with a live preview so you see changes instantly.
- Smoother settings experience — Saving and loading widget preferences is more reliable so your branding choices are preserved across sessions.
- Polished admin UI — Improved layout and wording to make configuration faster and clearer.
v0.1
- Initial launch: Add the Back‑in‑Stock widget to product pages, let customers subscribe for restock alerts and send automated notification emails.
